Wishes to inform the community of our plans to open a new
Kindergarten and Primary School at 77 Scott Avenue Leura.

The Gavemer Foundation Limited was incorporated in 1970 by Garry Richardson who also founded Korowal School Limited in 1978.  Both were imbued with his strong ideals and in his own terminology were created to embody human-centred philosophy.

The Gavemer Foundation has decided to use the 12 hectares of land and the buildings at Scott Avenue (where Korowal presently resides) to start a new school which will give the Foundation the opportunity to be involved in the promulgation of a human-centred community focused on the education of children.

The new school will be inspired by the tremendous success of the original school founded in 1978 which was a brilliant synthesis of human-centred education and Steiner educational practice.

Whenever we think about how the Foundation could contribute to positive change in the world our thoughts always come back to education.  But it is only by educating the whole child carefully and consciously that this can be achieved.

Our new school will embody the inspiring and dynamic aspects involved in assisting our children and ourselves towards a better future and we invite you to join us.
